Unfortunately there have been a lot of issues with the migrations which has slowed progress considerably, the main issue right now is that the Xen HVM servers are running incredibly slow.

I believe a solution has been found however it requires a full node reboot, that is being done now 09:35 UK Time 18th October, total down time is expected to be around 1 hour.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update 10:20pm - 18th October, the node is comming back up now, VM's are booting, if this fails I will have to start converting the Xen HVM servers will be converted to KVM.

Update 11:44pm - 18th october, Some larger issues have been uncovered with the storage on the xen node, to avoid corruption all servers are being shut down while this is repared, sorry for the trouble but it was not predictable and obviously not expected.

Update 18:41pm - 18th October, after working through the night and all day the root cause has been found, no simple fix sadly, to mitigate as much down time as possible all HVM servers have been converted to KVM, some disk access speed issues are expected to continue on Xen node10b until the full migration is complete, now expected on the 22nd October, once eveything is migrated 1 more reboot of the node will be required and things should return to normal.

Update 17:36 - 21st October - New hardware has been provisioned for Xen customers, there s clearly an underlying fault on the current (New) Hardware, all servers are bing shut down to aid migration speeds, unfortunatley this may meen you need to swicth to your NEW IP's immediatley and the old ones will not be useable.
