We have picked up a lot of input/output errors on one of the disks in the array on KVM15lon, we have dropped the disk and are running without redundancy.
As these disks are not hot-swappable, we are immediately migrating customers off this server.
We do not expect more than 15 minutes of disruption per virtual server.
Your understanding is appreciated.
Servers all moved you may now show as being on KVM9v84 if previously on KVM15lon
If you have not yet updated your VNC password as per the emails sent over the past few months, your VPS may not boot until you have done this. Please set a VNC password of 8 characters a-z A-Z 0-9 and click reboot; this will resolve any booting issues.
