We have found an issue causing performance issues and preventing containers from starting that has been traced back to a known issue with the current VZ kernel on the node, as such we are having to reboot the server following an update. There is an issue with the chassis impacting these 2 nodes which is causing CPU throttling due to a fault on the power modules, replacing the supplied independently in series has not resolved this so the backplane is likely at fault.
