If you have just purchased a KVM VPS and you are unable to connect over SSH it is probably because you have not yet installed an operating system.
As per the email marked 'READ IN FULL' you need to login to the vps control panel and pick an Operating System, login details for the VPS control panel in the email marked 'READ IN FULL'
