The serial console has had security enhancements made and connection details are generated at random for 1 time access/per session access, as such the serial console launcher in the client area will only work if you first log in to solusvm to generate a new session.
Once you have generated a new session in SolusVM please click on 'View connection details' for the login details.
For this reason please only use the serial console via SolusVM directly.
