If you want to upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan or virtual server product then this has been completely automated for you.
Just go to 'Services', select the service you want to alter, once the new page loads you will see 'Upgrade/Downgrade' options on the left hand side menu.
When you click 'upgrade/downgrade' you will then see the available options.
If you do not see the package you want please open a ticket.
Please also keep in mind that downgrading a virtual server can and usually will result in the loss of data when the hard drive shrinks.
