Blacklisted

If you have been blacklisted from the VPS control panel this is because you have entered the wrong username and password combination to many times within 30 minutes.

The blacklist will self clear 30 minutes after your last failed attempt and you should reset your password using the link on the login page.

Note: your username is not your email address, read the email marked “READ IN FULL” to find your username.

Only if you have tried to reset your password and failed should you open a ticket describing in detail what you have tried and why you are still unable to resolve this yourself with the information and tools available.
