18:06 GMT+0 19th March - Node 22 - It seems the root cause was early life failure of one of the samsung 850 pro's on the SSD cache, unfortunatley the server will not post with the failed disk for some reason, I have requested remote hands physically investigate.
18:31 GMT+0 19th March - Node 22 - The DC techs are investigating now, it seems to be a problem with the raid card as it will not post and no one can get in to the management interface, sadly this is now an unscheduled maintenance and ETA will be provided as soon as possible.
19:24 GMT+0 19th March - Node 22 - A partially failed disk was constantly jumping in and out of the array which caused the raid card to soft fail, the disk was identified, the raid card reseated and disk replaced everything is booting now, sorry for the inconvenience.
