Update: The packet loss has risen to around 85%, sorry for any issues this may be causing customers, the issue has been reported and is being worked on. at this time it is expected that a large DDOS attack is to blame.
Update: The attack has been mitigated, some packet loss may continue for a short time while things return to normal.
