The Xen networking module has failed on the server rendering a number of customers unable to reboot, it will affect all users on the server eventually in a cascade effect.
The only option is to reboot the server (with a version of Xen not affected by this)
This is taking place at 21:15 GMT (10 minutes after this is published.)
Update: 22:04 - All VPS are booting now, some of the Xen HVM servers may not come up as expected due to the new version of xen rejecting some python code in the boot method, these have been manually fixed however it is impossible for us to see if your server was shutdown by you in advance or for any reason, if your VPS has not booted please just hit the reboot button in solusvm and your server will come online.
