Node 2 in the Netherlands is suffered a fault, the hypervisor is no longer communication with the domains (virtual servers) internally, sadly this created no alert as a result so it was not picked up until standard support hours started.
The node is being recovered now and it should be back up within the hour.

Update #1
Now the node has rebooted it is apparent things are not completely stable, further investigation is ongoing.
Update #2
The node is now stable, any changes that would have been made have been lined up so if things become unstable again it will not take long to switch settings over.
