In response to a recent critical security released by a vendor it is expected to be necessary to reboot some of the UK and Miami nodes without notice today.
Apologies if this causes any inconvenience but it is vitally important and unavoidable.
This update will marked complete once things are considered back to normal, please do not open any tickets about outages in these locations until after this announcement is marked as complete.

UPDATE #1 with the exception of node11 in the UK all other nodes have been rebooted, if your server is offline please log in to solusvm click shutdown, then reboot, if your server still does not come up then please open a ticket.
UK node 11 is not responding at all after the reboot despite using grub fall back and having an active rILO session, remote hands have been requested
UPDATE #2 The issue was actually the result of a server hand during shutdown, after a full reset on the rILO and a hard reset on the server the server is backup, VPS are booting in order now.
UPDATE #3 Sadly due to human error in RapidSwitch they have miss communicated the current situation to the tech's and the server is now going through an unnecessary reboot, things should be returning to normal very soon.
