The server is not recoverable, we are restoring the host OS from backups, we have been able to gain access to the raw data so restoring all customer servers should not be an issue however it might take some time due to the volume of data, we hope to have this completed by the end of the day today.

The server configuration and virtual servers (Containers) have been restored, due to the failure we have no way of knowing which servers were up or down so have used the last state, apologies if this is wrong for anyone and causes further disruption however you can now manage your server via the control panel to make any corrections.
