18th May 2021 - 08:45 An issue has been found preventing containers from rebooting or starting, as this is impacting multiple users the server is being rebooted under emergency maintenance, it is believed to be as a result of the previous migration so a reboot is expected to resolve the issue. 06:30am - 28th April 2021 - Due to stability issues with VZ27 the node needs to be rebooted as this is impacting most if not all customers on the node this morning.
07:20am - 28th April 2021 - The reboot is complete containers are starting, the initial load spike should abate within the hour.
We are aware of the networking issues impacting some services in London.
This is currently under investigation.
